What exactly is a "Proactive Warranty?"  At Sentry Construction Company, we don't believe that it's enough to provide twice the average warranty on our work.  So we took it a few steps further, and established a program that keeps you aware of your warranty!  It works like this:

• 90 Day Phone Call: About three months after the work is complete we'll give you a call asking if everything is still ok with the work.

• One Year Letter: A year after the work is complete, we'll send you a letter asking if there are any issues we need to come take care of.

• 23 Month Letter: A month before the warranty ends, we'll send you another letter asking if anything has come up with the work that we need to take care of for you.

Think about it.  When was the last time you ever bought something where the company actively was involved with making sure you are satisfied long after the sale?  At Sentry Construction Company, we don't just say we want you to be satisfied.......we really mean it!
